We prepare a simple Recruiting and Placement Service Agreement to begin the search. We offer direct hire and temporary-to-permanent hiring options. Payment is made once a candidate commences employment.

4. Recruitment Process

We recruit candidates based on the Job Description and Performance Profile completed in partnership with the client. Our searches are a team effort utilizing the vast experiences of our professionals to identify the appropriate candidates. Candidate screenings, interviewing and reference/background checks are all included in our service.

5. Negotiation

Negotiations can be a difficult task, and we offer guidance throughout the entire process. We maintain open communications with you and the candidates and help facilitate the negotiation process to its successful completion.

6. Transition and Guarantee

After a candidate's acceptance, we assist with the transition to your company, from the resignation process through the start date. If a hired candidate should leave or be terminated, within an agreed-upon period, we will recruit a suitable replacement at no charge.
